Terms and Conditions
Last updated 8 November 2026
- Be nice, play fair, and keep your account to yourself.
- Pixels are for playing. They have no cash value and can't be cashed out.
- The Pass is monthly. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Break the rules and we may suspend your account.
About these terms
Pixaplay (pixaplay.io) is one account for a family of browser games, a shared currency called Pixels, and a subscription called Pixaplay Pass. It's run by [COMPANY NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS] ("we", "us").
By making an account or playing, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. A game can have a few extra rules of its own; it will show them to you.
If you're a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you.
Your account
- You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE: 13], or have a parent's or guardian's permission where the law asks for it. Under 18? Ask a parent before you buy anything.
- One account works in every Pixaplay game. Keep your password secret. Don't share, sell or lend your account.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else got in, change your password and tell us.
- Pick a username that isn't rude, hateful or pretending to be someone else. We may change or remove one that is.
- Add and confirm an email so you can always get back in. Without one, a lost password can mean a lost account.
Play nice
Pixaplay is for laughing and having fun together. So please don't:
- Cheat: hacks, bots, modified clients, exploiting bugs on purpose, or anything that gives you an unfair edge.
- Harass: bullying, threats, hate, sexual messages, or picking on anyone.
- Spam: flooding chat, ads, scams, or links that trick people.
- Impersonate: pretending to be another player, a Pixaplay admin, or anyone else.
- Break things: attacking our servers, getting into other accounts, or getting around a suspension or block.
- Trade for money: selling accounts, Pixels or game items outside Pixaplay.
- Break the law, or help anyone else do any of the above.
Found a bug or a cheat? Tell us at [email protected] instead of using it. Thank you!
Chat and what you send
- Chat is 1-on-1 between friends, and in parties. There are no public channels.
- What you write is yours, and you're responsible for it. You let us store it and show it to the people you sent it to, so chat works.
- Anyone can block you or report a message. A report sends that message and the chat around it to our moderators.
- We don't read your chats unless they're reported, or we have to for safety or the law.
- We may remove messages and suspend accounts that break these rules. A suspended account can't sign in or play.
Pixels
- Pixels are Pixaplay's premium currency. You buy them with real money (payments by Stripe), get them with the Pass, or as a gift from us. You spend them in our games.
- Pixels are a licence to use a feature of the games, not money. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be transferred to another account, and can't be sold.
- Your Pixels arrive in your wallet right after payment. Once something is bought with Pixels, it's delivered at once and can't be swapped back.
- Each game's own coins (like Seeds in Pecking Order or gold in Rogue Defenders) stay in that game. They aren't Pixels.
- Prices are shown before you pay, including any taxes the law requires. We may change prices for future purchases.
- If Pixels or items land in your wallet by mistake (a bug, a payment that was reversed), we may correct your balance.
- When an account is deleted or closed, its Pixels end with it. See the Refund Policy.
Pixaplay Pass
- The Pass is a monthly subscription. It opens every game in full, lets you play games in beta, and gives you Pixels for each paid month.
- It renews by itself each month at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change applies to you.
- Cancel any time from your Account page (Manage Pass). You keep the Pass until the end of the month you paid for. Then it stops, and nothing more is charged.
- Free trial: when we offer one, you get the Pass free for 7 days (games only: no monthly Pixels during the trial). Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise the first paid month starts when the trial ends.
- If a payment fails, we give it a couple of days to go through. After that, the Pass pauses until it's paid.
- Which games are in the Pass, and in beta, can change over time. Beta games are unfinished and may change a lot, reset progress or close.
- We may give a Pass as a gift. A gift Pass ends on the date we tell you, and can't be exchanged for money.
The games and what's ours
The games, their art, music, names and code belong to us (or to the people who licensed them to us). We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play them for fun. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
Games change. We add, tweak, balance and sometimes remove things, modes or whole games. Items and progress live in the game they belong to.
Ending your account
- You can delete your account whenever you like, from your Account page or by writing to us. It removes your account and personal data, except what the law makes us keep. Your Pixels, items and Pass end with it, and unused Pixels aren't refunded.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other players at risk, or that the law tells us to close. If we can, we'll tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.
- If we close your account without you breaking the rules (for example, if Pixaplay shuts down), we'll give you at least [NOTICE PERIOD: 30 days] notice and refund the unused part of a paid Pass month.
No promises we can't keep
We work hard to keep Pixaplay up, fair and fun. But it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, bug-free or exactly the same tomorrow. Servers go down for updates, and sometimes things break.
Our liability
We're responsible for harm we cause by breaking these terms or by being careless, as far as the law says we are. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't have foreseen, or for things outside our control.
Where the law allows a cap, our total liability to you is limited to [LIABILITY CAP: what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50 if that's more].
Nothing here limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't let us limit. If you're a consumer, your legal rights stay as they are.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Pixaplay grows. We'll change the date at the top. For big changes, we'll tell you in the portal or by email at least [NOTICE PERIOD: 30 days] before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel the Pass and delete your account before then.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], and its courts can hear any dispute. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can go to your local courts.
Please talk to us first: most problems are quick to sort out. EU consumers can also use their national consumer dispute services.
If one part of these terms turns out not to be valid, the rest still applies.
